Atlas Machining and Welding has been nominated for a Governor’s ImPAct Award in the “Small Business Impact” category. The awards, presented by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the Team PA Foundation, honor innovative firms that make a difference in the state and allow for exceptional job creation.
Winners will be announced by Gov. Tom Corbett at a May 23 luncheon in Hershey.
“We are honored to be nominated for this prestigious award,” said Lisa Keeney, Atlas Machining and Welding President and COO. “Like Gov. Corbett, we understand the tremendous importance of job creation in the state. Pennsylvania has given so much to me and my family, and we are pleased to be able to give back by helping to drive the economy’s continuing recovery.”
